DESCRIPTION:  \nPUBLIC NOTICE \nRegular Meeting and Public Hearing \n  \nNotice is hereby given that the Knox County Planning Commission will be holding a regular meeting with a public hearing on Tuesday\, October 14th\, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisor’s Room at the Knox County Courthouse\, 206 Main\, Center\, NE.  Please use the south entrance of the Courthouse. The meeting is open to the public.  All interested parties are welcome to attend. \nThe intent of the public hearing is to receive public comments regarding the application for a Conditional Use Permit #CU2502 For Belle’s Sake\, a 501c3 animal rescue and boarding facility offering long term low-rate and welfare services to the upper Midwest in 11-30-7 in Jefferson Township. \nThe purpose is to hear all persons with written or oral comments in opposition to or in support of said proposals.  Any party may appear in person or be represented by agent or attorney.
