Please use the south entrance of the Courthouse. \nThe intent of the first public hearing is to receive public comments regarding the application for a Conditional Use Permit #CU2605 for Ashley Laible to operate a kennel boarding business for dogs and cats on property located on the Northwest ¼ less 4.07 acres more or less to the State of Nebraska\, North ½ of the Southwest ¼\, and the Southeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼ all in Section 8\, Township 30 North\, Range 4 West of the 6th P.M. Knox County\, Nebraska. Located at 53510 Hwy 84\, Bloomfield\, Nebraska. \nImmediately following\, a public hearing will be held to receive public comment regarding the application for a Conditional Use Permit #CU2606 for Keller Capital\, LLC and Horse Thief Outfitters\, LLC to build and operate a hunting lodge on property located on the Northwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 28\, Township 32 North\, Range 6 West of the 6th P.M.\, Knox County\, Nebraska. Located west of the intersection of 890 Road and 525 Avenue. \nImmediately following\, a public hearing will be held to receive public comment regarding the application for a Conditional Use Permit #CU2607 for Jerry and Rhonda Zuhlke to build a guest house with additional storage on property located on Riverview Estates\, Part of Lot B\, .75 acres in Section 17\, Township 33 North\, Range 7 West of the 6th P.M.\, Knox County\, Nebraska.  Located at 307 W.
