NOTICE OF MEETING BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF KNOX COUNTY, NEBRASKA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
That a regular meeting of the Knox County Board of Supervisors will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, in the Board of Supervisors’ meeting room at the Knox County Courthouse in Center, Nebraska, which meeting will be open to the public. An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk; however, the Board upon convening shall have the right to modify the agenda. The agenda is also available for viewing on the Knox County website at www.co.knox.ne.us.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That a special meeting of the Knox County Board of Supervisors will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. in the Supervisors’ Room in the Knox County Courthouse in Center, Nebraska, which meeting is open to the public. The special meeting will be held on Courthouse security issues. The Board reserves the right to go into executive session during the special meeting. An agenda, which is kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the Office of the Knox County Clerk, however, the Board upon convening shall have the right to modify the agenda.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 in the Board of Supervisors’ Room, Knox County Courthouse, Center, Nebraska where Zoning Regulation Amendment Request #Z2502 submitted by Arron Wetovick for amending the Knox County Commercial Corridor District 4.15.06 Height and Lot Requirement Matrix “other permitted uses” and “conditional use permit” lot area (acres) from 3 acres to 1 acre minimum, will be presented to the Knox County Board of Supervisors for review and approval. A copy of the Amendment Request application is available at the Knox County Zoning Office and the Knox County Clerk’s Office.
