LIQUOR LICENSE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
In accordance with Sec. 53-134 the Knox County Board of Supervisors will hold a hearing March 18, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. on the application of The Current, LLC/The Current, 89702 Rayder Swanson RD, Niobrara NE 68760 on Beer, Wine Spirits On and Off Sale Liquor License (Class C). The commercial restaurant/lounge building is located upon the fractional SW1/4 of Section 16, T33N, R7W of the 6th P.M., Knox County, Nebraska, and also described as Lot 1, part of the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 16, T33N, R7W of the 6th P.M., Knox County, Nebraska.
At this time all persons desiring to give evidence before the Board in support of or protest against the issuance of licenses may do so at the time of the hearing. The Knox County Board of Supervisors shall then recommend the issuance or denial of this license.
