NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 11:10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18,
2026 in the Board of Supervisors’ Room, Knox County Courthouse, Center, Nebraska where
Knox County Zoning Conditional Use Permit #CU2601 on applicant Lindy Area, Inc., to have a
20x8x8 outdoor storage container on site at Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block 1 of Village of Lindy in Hill
Township, Knox County, Nebraska, will be presented to the Knox County Board of Supervisors
for review and approval. A copy of the Conditional Use Permit application is available at the
Knox County Zoning Office and the Knox County Clerk’s Office.
