PUBLIC NOTICE
Regular Meeting and Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the Knox County Planning Commission will be holding a regular meeting with public hearing on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisor’s Room at the Knox County Courthouse, 206 Main, Center, NE. The meeting is open to the public. All interested parties are welcome to attend. Please use the south entrance of the Courthouse.
The intent of the public hearing is to receive public comments regarding the application for Regulations Amendment Application #Z2602 for proposed regulation changes proposed by K. Mae Burkhardt. Proposed Article and Sections are as follows:
- Article 1, Section 1.02, Purpose and Intent
- Article 1, Section 1.06, Planning Commission Recommendations
- Article 2, Section 2.02, Abbreviations and Acronyms
- Article 2, Section 2.03, Definitions
- Article 5, Section 5.05, Legal Publication and Notice Requirements for all Bodies
- Article 5, Section 5.06, Coordination with Other Entities
- Article 5, Section 5.04, Application
- Article 5, Section 5.09, Conditions of Approval
Written comments must be signed and received by Monday, June 15th.
