PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Knox County Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on Tuesday, August 11th at 7:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisor’s Room at the Knox County Courthouse, 206 Main, Center, NE. Please use the south entrance of the Courthouse. The meeting is open to the public. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
The intent of the public hearing is to receive public comments regarding the application for Conditional Use Permit #CU2604, James Cook to add a catering service on 17-30N-7W in Jefferson Township.
The purpose is to hear all persons with written oral comments in opposition to or in support of said proposals. Any party may appear in person or be represented by agent or attorney. Written Comments must be signed and received by Friday, August 7th.
