CLASS C LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
In accordance with Sec. 53-134 the Knox County Board of Supervisors will hold a hearing July 22, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. on the Class C Beer, Wine Spirits On and Off Sale Liquor License Application of 1st and 10 Bar and Grill, 52946 Highway 12, STE 2, Niobrara NE 68760 for an addition of a permanent outdoor beer garden to the licensed area located in part of the NE1/4SW1/4 in Section 17, T32N, R5W of the 6th P.M., Knox County, Nebraska.
At this time all persons desiring to give evidence before the Board in support of or protest against the 1st and 10 Bar and Grill Class C Liquor License Application may do so at the time of the hearing. The Knox County Board of Supervisors shall then recommend the issuance or denial of this application.
