Road Department Mechanic

Knox County Road Department is accepting applications for a full-time mechanic.

The position will be based in Center, Nebraska, at the main repair shop. The County will furnish a utility truck and necessary tools. Duties are to repair trucks, pickups, heavy equipment and various other county equipment.

Mechanical experience and/or education is preferred, along with a CDL license.

Wage will be based on experience.

Hours will be 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. and may vary with schedule.
