NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 in the Board of Supervisors’ Room, Knox County Courthouse, Center, Nebraska where Knox County Zoning Conditional Use Permit #CU2502 on applicant Shelby Bird – For Belle’s Sake for a 501(C)(3) animal rescue and boarding facility offering long term low-rate and welfare services to the upper Midwest located on a 20-acre tract in the NW1/4NE1/4 in Section 11, T30N, R7W of the 6^th P.M., Knox County, Nebraska, will be presented to the Knox County Board of Supervisors for review and approval.  A copy of the Conditional Use Permit application is available at the Knox County Zoning Office and the Knox County Clerk’s Office.
