Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 in the Board of Supervisors’ Room in the Knox County Courthouse, Center, Nebraska on Form 451NF Exemption Application For a Qualifying For-Profit Nursing Facility, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Assisted-Living Facility filed by Wausa Leisure Living/Countryside Villa and on Form 451 Exemption Application for Tax Exemption on Real and Personal Property by Qualifying Organizations being Ernest E. Jacobs American Legion Post #4 (1/2 interest) and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #1151 ETAL (1/2 interest).  A copy of the amended application form is available in the County Assessor’s Office.
