PUBLIC NOTICE

Regular Meeting and Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Knox County Planning Commission will be holding a regular meeting with public hearing on Tuesday, February 24th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisor’s Room at the Knox County Courthouse, 206 Main, Center, NE. The meeting is open to the public.  All interested parties are welcome to attend. Please use the south entrance of the Courthouse.

The intent of the public hearing is to receive public comments regarding the application for a Conditional Use Permit #2601 Lindy Area, to have a 20x8x8 outdoor storage container on site at Lots 7, 8 and 9 Block 1 of Village of Lindy in Hill Township.

The purpose is to hear all persons with written or oral comments in opposition to or in support of said proposals.  Any party may appear in person or be represented by agent or attorney. Written comments must be signed and received by Monday, February 23rd.

This notice is sent as a courtesy only.  It is not a substitute for the official public hearing notice which has been published in the newspaper.
