BID PACKET – Knox Building Wage Determination

Sealed proposals for the “Knox County Courthouse Window Replacement Project” will be received by the Knox County Clerk, Joann Fischer, in her office at the Knox County Courthouse, until 2:00 pm local time, on Monday, July 20, 2026, and thereafter will be opened and publicly read on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 11:15 am, at the Knox County Supervisor’s meeting room, Knox County Courthouse, 206 Main Street, Center, NE 68724. Knox County Clerks’ mailing/shipping address is: 206 Main Street (P.O. Box 166), Center, NE 68724.

Historical, Energy Efficiency, and Grant Requirements: 68 replacement windows which are the same size as current windows and must be aluminum-clad wood framed window with a painted or baked white finish. Low-e-glass with U Factor of equal to or less than 0.26, VLT rating of 70% or higher, and the reflectivity of the window should be no higher than 12%. Davis Bacon wages and reporting for the project are required.
