SANTEE SIOUX NATION DBA OHIYA CASINO & RESORT

LIQUOR LICENSE AMENDMENT PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

     In accordance with Sec. 53-134 the Knox County Board of Supervisors will hold a hearing August 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. on the Manager Change Amendment Application of the Class I Beer, Wine Spirits On Sale Liquor License of Santee Sioux Nation DBA Ohiya Casino & Resort, 53142 Hwy 12, Niobrara NE 68760, Knox County, Nebraska. 

     At this time all persons desiring to give evidence before the Board in support of or protest against the Santee Sioux Nation DBA Ohiya Casino & Resort Manager Change Amendment Application may do so at the time of the hearing.  The Knox County Board of Supervisors shall then recommend the issuance or denial of this Amendment Application.
