PUBLIC NOTICE 

Notice is hereby given that the Knox County Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting and public hearing on Tuesday, August 18^th at 7:00 p.m. in the upstairs Courtroom at the Knox County Courthouse, 206 Main, Center, NE.  The meeting is open to the public.  All interested parties are welcome to attend.

The intent of the public hearing is to receive public comments regarding the items listed below:

1. Data Center Mortarium
2. P2605 Heaven’s Ridge Final Plat
3. CU2603 Conditional Use Permit: Tom Middleton Garage with Living Quarters
4. CU2604 Conditional Use Permit: James Cook Catering Service
5. CU2605 Conditional Use Permit: Ashley Liable Dog Kennel
