Regular Meeting and Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Knox County Planning Commission will be holding a regular meeting with public hearing on Tuesday, February 10th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisor’s Room at the Knox County Courthouse, 206 Main, Center, NE. The meeting is open to the public.  All interested parties are welcome to attend. Please use the south entrance of the Courthouse.

The intent of the public hearing is to receive public comments regarding the application for a Conditional Use Permit #2601 Lindy Area, to have a 20x8x8 outdoor storage container on site at Lots 7, 8 and 9 Block 1 of Village of Lindy in Hill Township. Written comments must be signed and received by Monday, February 9th.
